Food is good Recommended the soup of the day, roasted duck Roasted duck has crispy skip and moist and tasty meat. Soup of the day is authentic Cantonese style of soup. Tasty. Xiao long bao is a disappointment. The rest of dishes are ok and normal Overall Service 4.5 Food 4

Quality Chinese restaurant with good tasting dishes executed very well. Enjoyed the truffle oil mushroom and sliced grouper the most. Family members said the string beans dish was very good as well.

Visited Xin Cuisine for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The place wasn’t very crowded. We had dim sum and fried rice, and the food items were quite tasty, prices were also reasonable after discount - we had 20% off for IHG Diamond Elite members. Staff were a bit hard to catch for service. Overall a decent Chinese restaurant with good pricing and tasty dishes.

Every visit - and I mean every - to this restaurant is always - and I mean always - thoroughly delightful; everyone is seen lapping up every dish like how a kid licks a chocolate gelato. The suckling pig is a must-order, and delicacies like sea cucumber and scallops are brilliantly executed with precise taste, texture, and temperature. Keep it up.

High end Chinese restaurant serves quality Cantonese cuisine that suits locals and elderly. We enjoyed their food especially the roast duck and steam fish, I think it’s the mvp dish for the night. It’s a good choice for special occasions with family and friends.

Ambience and service is good. Good is nice and portion is huge. One thing not so good is very hard to get through to make reservations for 13pax. There is still ample space even we sit 13 pax

The restaurant is located inside Holiday Inn, Havelock / the former Glass Hotel. The ambience is pleasant and wheelchair friendly. The food was served swiftly and we didn’t have to wait long for Sunday lunch. The food are served in beautiful plates although my tea cup was cracked🤪. Crispy duck skin wrap with “biscuit” was tasty though I’m not a duck meat fan. Among all I enjoyed the yuzu prawns, silver fish appetiser and the fried ice cream the most. For beef eater, the wagyu beef was a lovely dish to try. $$$, it’s a family lunch and we enjoyed ourselves. Will come back for their dim sum
